HDR (High Dynamic range) Photography
HDR is the most common photography method for real estate. The benefits of HDR photography are the speed and value. HDR photography takes approximately 20 minuets to shoot and all images are delivered the next morning along with property website and marketing kit. It generally looks great on MLS, light and bright with clear views out the windows. However, it does have certain shortcomings. It is not always 100% consistent and it doesn’t look as natural as my traditionally lit “Luxury Photography”.
Luxury Photography
For agents who prefer to invest the time and effort in the best images possible, Luxury Packages have a slower, more meticulous approach. Luxury packages are all shot tethered to an iPad. Viewing the images large allows us to see every detail and make small yet significant improvements to composition, lighting, and styling. Complex lighting adds depth and texture for a more elegant image. Therefore, shoot time runs significantly longer than the HDR photography, as does the editing, which is done at a commercial grade. Luxury photography is ideal for the agent who is particular about their branding and looking to build or expand on an exceptional portfolio. Luxury photography averages about two hours on sight and is delivered in approximately two business days.
Twilight Photography
This is a single image shot at twilight. It combines a series of strobe lit frames shot at different stages of twilight into one single stunning image. Perfect for backyards with pools. Due to the length of the process, only one true twilight is possible per night. However I can usually capture one or two additional “pseudo twilights” that look pretty good
Iguide 360 Virtual Tours with Floorplan
Similar to a Matterport, the Iguide creates a 360 interactive tour along with a floor plan. The price is based on a 1500sqft property. There is a $50 charge for each additional 500sqft after 1500sgft
Vacation Rentals
Vacation rentals can be either HDR or Luxury Photography. Please note prices and turn around time differ from real estate listings
Drone Photography
As an FAA certified drone piolet, I’m able to get permits to fly in Key West to Big Coppitt. Key West and parts of Stock Island require a 7 day notice to fly. Parts of Stock Island through Big Coppitt require 10 days. Although I’ve never been outright denied a permit, sometimes dates and restrictions have changed arbitrarily. Permits in these areas are limited to 50ft with a radios of .05 miles. Saddlebunch and beyond requires no permit and we can fly up to 400ft. Drone photography produces 3 to 5 stills and twilight drone is available as well.
Floorplans
I offer a basic floor plan as well as 3d floor plans and 3d walkthrough rendered video. The 3d floor plan and 3d video are both digitally staged and perfect for unfurnished properties
Property Websites and Marketing kits
All listing photography comes with a property website and a marking kit. The property website is delivered in both a branded and unbranded format so it is MLS compliant. The websites are incredibly simple to customize to fit your brand or taste. It also includes a QR code that leads to the property website. It can be printed or posted online.
The marketing kit includes printable flyers, social media post, reels, and video slideshows. All professionally designed and easily editable.
Helicopter photography
To circumvent the restriction of drone photography, Helicopter photography is an option. It is possible to photograph up to three properties per flight so if you have multiple properties or colleagues with properties this fee can be spit 3 ways. Helicopter photography is available in Key West and parts of Stock Island. Certain areas of Stock Island are in restricted Navel Airspace. Unlike drone photography
